Round Rock Bond Election – Please Vote

A message from the City of Round Rock Parks & Rec Department:
The City of Round Rock is holding elections on November 5, 2013. Citizens will be asked to vote on 4 propositions on this year’s ballot. Approving these propositions will help strengthen Round Rock by bolstering the vitality of our parks and trails system, providing our firefighters and police officer the tools needed to keep us safe,  and improving our library facilities.

*** Note that Proposition 2 offers substantial enhancements to the soccer fields in Round Rock. About $3M will be spent on upgrading the current OSP fields. Another $12M will build another 12 multipurpose fields at OSP.

***Your VOTE counts. It will take about 2024 votes to pass the bond issue. Please encourage your family and friends to vote. Early voting is until Monday, Nov 4. Election day voting is Tuesday, Nov 5. Voting locations are at the end of this letter.  Additional information on the bond vote is attached.
 
Early Voting is from October 21st – November 4th
You can vote at any polling place during Early Voting.  Early Voting polling locations are:
·      Baca Senior Center  303 W. Bagdad St., Round Rock
·      Brushy Creek Community Center  16318 Great Oaks Dr., Round Rock
·      JB and Hallie Jester Annex  1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd., Round Rock
·      Round Rock Randalls  2051 Gattis School Rd., Round Rock

Election Day is Tuesday, November 5. Polls will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm
